I founded U.P.T FITNESS- FIT AFTER 30 THE F.A.T LOSS BLUEPRINT: (Formally the F.A.T Method.): 8-Week Intermittent Fasting & Strength Training Plan' from my own experience. I've been a Personal Trainer since 2012 and have always seen people have trouble losing weight and seeing all the complicated information out on social media/internet about cutting this and cutting out of your diet to lose weight. Having to do this diet and that diet that seems to work but then you can't sustain them so you end up putting the weight back. on.
